Fruit cheese, high calorie content

Fromage is easy and delicious even when the appetite is small.
In this recipe, cream and buttermilk are used to provide energy and Adozan HøjProtein to provide protein.

Other variants of Adozan can be used if the nutritional content is different.

In fromage, Adozan is added together with the sugar.
Add 5-10 g of Adosan per portion.

Ingredients

400 g fruit puree
100 g of sugar
10 g vanilla sugar
10 g house air/6 pcs
200 g ymer, 3.5%
200 g whipping cream, cream 38%
50 g Adozan High Protein

Course of action

1. Weigh all the ingredients.
2. Beat fruit puree and sugar together with vanilla sugar and Adozan.
3. Soak and melt the house leaf and stir it into the mixture.
4. Mix in the yeast
5. Fold the whipped cream into the mixture.
6. Arrange in small bowls or cups and refrigerate.
7. You can vary it with different kinds of fruit puree.
8. Just before serving can be decorated with cream and fresh berries, nuts and chocolate.
