Applesauce, low in fat and high in protein

Applesauce, 10 servings

Fruit porridge in itself is not a protein-rich dish, but with the addition of Adozan, the dish can easily be enriched with protein.
Adozan Transparent+ is used in this porridge, which consists of carbohydrate and protein. If a higher protein content is desired, Adozan Protein+ or Adozan P-Boost can be added instead.
For the low-fat version, the porridge can be served with mini milk or skim and for the fatter version, the porridge can be served with cream.

Ingredients

700 g peeled apples
50 g of water
2 teaspoons vanilla sugar
50 g of sugar
50 g Adozan Transparent+
Accessories
Low-fat: Milk or skim
Fat and high in calories: Whipped cream

Procedure

  1. Cook all the ingredients over low heat until the apples are tender
  2. Use possibly stick blender to get the consistency smooth and soft
  3. Arrange in small bowls or cups and cool
    The dish is suitable for freezing.
    The dish can be stored in the fridge for up to 5 days.
