Payment
Sanacare / Adosan accepts payment with VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard and JCB via Bambora and Mobilpay.
Payment will only be debited from your account when the item is shipped if you pay by card directly on the website.
There is no fee charged for payment.
All amounts are in DKK and include VAT.

Delivery
Adosan delivers on all weekdays, expect delivery time of 4-6 days.
Goods are delivered with GLS.
All items are delivered from our warehouse in Flensburg, Germany.
The price for delivery in Denmark, excluding the Faroe Islands and Greenland, is: 65 DKK. Free delivery for purchases over 500 DKK.
If the package is not picked up at a parcel shop or parcel box, or if receipt is refused, an administration fee of DKK 45 will be charged.

Right of complaint
There is a right of complaint in accordance with the Danish Sales Act.
Our right of complaint applies to defects in the product.
The complaint does not apply to errors or damage caused by incorrect use of Adosan products.
Adosan covers return costs for complaints.

NOTE: Return of goods must be made to the warehouse in Flensburg.

Refund
If a refund has been agreed, please send us your bank details so that we can transfer the agreed amount. The amount must be paid no later than 14 days after the agreement has been made.

Right of withdrawal

Sanacare grants a right of withdrawal in accordance with the Danish Consumer Contracts Act as follows:
Since adosan powder is a food product, no right of withdrawal is granted if the product has been opened and used.

There is a 14-day full right of withdrawal on items purchased in our Webshop.
The period is calculated from the day you receive the order.
You must bear the return costs yourself.

Requests for returns must be notified to us no later than 14 days after purchase and you must return the shipment no later than 14 days after cancellation.
The notification must be given by email to info@sanacare.dk. In the notification, you must clearly inform us that you wish to exercise your right of return.

Condition of the item when you return it: All items returned must be in unopened original packaging.

Director and owner of Sanacare Nutrition Aps, Nils Alsing got the idea for the product Adozan in 1998, when he personally had to experience that there can be times in life when the nutritional value must be higher than what the appetite can reach. Adozan was developed. From the start, the philosophy was to make powder that could be added to food and drink without affecting the taste and appearance. It was a success and the company has stuck to that philosophy.

Sanacare Nutrition Aps produces and sells products for nutritional enrichment under the brand: Adozan. Today, the product range consists of 4 different powder variants and a liquid protein concentrate for nutritional enrichment of food and drink. Adozan is produced in Denmark and distributed from a warehouse in Flensburg to large parts of Europe. Raw materials for production are purchased in Europe. SanaCare Nutrition Aps has an office in Vojens, from where customer service is provided.

Sanacare Nutrition Aps attaches great importance to the quality of raw materials and continuous analyzes of the products are carried out to ensure good product quality and the right composition. Products are produced without flavoring and without unnecessary additives.

Today, Adozan is used for nutritional enrichment in hospitals, nursing homes, residences and private homes. Adozan can be bought from pharmacies, in webshops and from pharmaceutical and food wholesalers.
