Sanacare / Adosan accepts payment with VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard and JCB via Bambora and Mobilpay.
Payment will only be debited from your account when the item is dispatched if you pay by card directly on the website.
No fee is charged for payment.
All amounts are in DKK and include VAT.
Adosan delivers on all weekdays, expect a delivery time of 4-6 days.
Goods are delivered with GLS.
All goods are delivered from our warehouse in Flensburg, Germany.
The price for delivery in Denmark, excluding the Faroe Islands and Greenland, is: DKK 65. Free delivery for purchases over DKK 500.
If the parcel is not picked up in a parcel shop or parcel box, or you refuse to accept it, an administration fee of DKK 45 is imposed.
Right of complaint
A right of complaint is granted in accordance with the Purchase Act.
Our right of complaint applies to faults in the product.
The complaint does not apply to errors or damage caused by incorrect use of Adosan products.
Adosan covers return costs for complaints.

Packages sent on cash on delivery are not accepted.
ATTENTION goods must be returned to the warehouse in Flensburg.
If a refund has been agreed, please send your bank details so that we can transfer the agreed amount. The amount is paid no later than 14 days after the agreement has been concluded.
Right of withdrawal
Sanacare provides the right of withdrawal in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Act as follows:
As adosan powder is a food product, no right of withdrawal is granted if the product has been opened and taken into use.
There is a 14-day full right of withdrawal on goods purchased in our Webshop.
The period is calculated from the day you receive the order.
Return costs are your own responsibility.
Requests for a return must be reported to us no later than 14 days after the purchase, and for regrets you must return the shipment no later than 14 days after.
The notice must be given by mail at email@example.com. In the message, you must make us clearly aware that you wish to exercise your right of return.
Condition of the item when you return it: All items returned must be in unopened original packaging.
