Payment
Sanacare / Adosan accepts payment with VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard and JCB via Bambora and Mobilpay.
Payment will only be debited from your account when the item is shipped if you pay by card directly on the website.
There is no fee charged for payment.
All amounts are in DKK and include VAT.
Delivery
Adosan delivers on all weekdays, expect delivery time of 4-6 days.
Goods are delivered with GLS.
All items are delivered from our warehouse in Flensburg, Germany.
The price for delivery in Denmark, excluding the Faroe Islands and Greenland, is: 65 DKK. Free delivery for purchases over 500 DKK.
If the package is not picked up at a parcel shop or parcel box, or if receipt is refused, an administration fee of DKK 45 will be charged.
Right of complaint
There is a right of complaint in accordance with the Danish Sales Act.
Our right of complaint applies to defects in the product.
The complaint does not apply to errors or damage caused by incorrect use of Adosan products.
Adosan covers return costs for complaints.

NOTE: Return of goods must be made to the warehouse in Flensburg.
Refund
If a refund has been agreed, please send us your bank details so that we can transfer the agreed amount. The amount must be paid no later than 14 days after the agreement has been made.
Right of withdrawal
Sanacare grants a right of withdrawal in accordance with the Danish Consumer Contracts Act as follows:
Since adosan powder is a food product, no right of withdrawal is granted if the product has been opened and used.
There is a 14-day full right of withdrawal on items purchased in our Webshop.
The period is calculated from the day you receive the order.
You must bear the return costs yourself.
Requests for returns must be notified to us no later than 14 days after purchase and you must return the shipment no later than 14 days after cancellation.
The notification must be given by email to info@sanacare.dk. In the notification, you must clearly inform us that you wish to exercise your right of return.
Condition of the item when you return it: All items returned must be in unopened original packaging.
