Morning muffins, 14 pcs
Sweet and spongy muffins that provide good satiety.
The fat content is low and the protein content is high, making them a fine morning meal.
The apples give good taste and a spongy result.
Morning muffins can be frozen and can be advantageously warmed when serving.
Ingredients
2 bananas, ripe
1 dl mini milk
3 eggs
5 dl oatmeal/175 g
½ teaspoon vanilla sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon, ground
1 pinch (0.25 ml) cardamom, ground
1 pinch of salt
1 apple, cut into small cubes
30 g Cashew nuts or almonds, chopped
50 g Adozan High Protein
Preparation
- Banana is mashed and whipped together with eggs and milk
- Stir in all the other ingredients
- Divide the dough into 14 muffin tins and bake for 25 minutes
Recommended amount of enrichment with Adozan in cooking:
Yeast dough: 50 g Adozan per 250 g liquid
Whipped dough: 50 g Adozan per 300 g flour
Egg mass: 50 g Adozan per 150 g flour/semolina or 10 g Adozan per egg
