Adozan Protein+ is a taste-neutral protein supplement in powder form that can be added to food and drink.

Adozan Protein+ contains 100% energy from protein and contains all essential amino acids.*

Can e.g. added to soup, porridge, sauce, various dinner dishes, energy and protein drinks, milk products and hot drinks, coffee, tea and cocoa.
Withstands heating to 75 degrees. It is recommended that Adozan Protein+ be added after cooling to 75 degrees in dishes that are cooked.

Adozan Protein+ can advantageously be dissolved in water before adding juice, as a low ph value can affect solubility and make the solution cloudy.
However, Adozan Protein+ can be used at higher temperatures, e.g. when baking where Adozan binds to other ingredients.

Application: Adozan Protein+ can be mixed with food and drink. Is stable in cooking and freezing.
Thermal stability: Up to 75 degrees
Recommended use:
 5-10 grams per portion of food/drink of 125 ml (40-88 grams per litre).
Packaging: Letters of 10 g. Boxes of 20 letters. Box of 400 letters. Tubes of 1 kg. 3 kg buckets. Tubes and buckets contain measuring spoons for 10 g of powder.
Durability: 24 months from date of production.
Appearance: Clear.
Storage: Dry, dark and not too hot in airtight packaging
